    Default Middenheim campaign, continual CTD's in loading battles.

    I've been having unspecified errors when entering battles, but previously have not had this problem. I have no additional mods installed, and the game has been extremely stable until playing as Middenheim.

    Particularly for battles involving Nordland settlements that have been taken by Chaos, and when fighting against some Beastmen.

    Hmm... I've heard of a lot of people having crashes after taking back cities taken by Chaos. Unfortunately, I have no idea as to how to go about fixing this. It must be something with the battle scripts though. You can try the script I posted here (post #6) if you like. It gets rid of all scripted battles in the campaign.

    What turn did your game crash?

    Also, try loading the game again after a crashed battle and try it again. This seems to help some people

    I'm just going to do a fresh install after downloading the files again. I didn't have any issues until I stopped playing it for about a week, then I began having these issues.

    Divine punishment it seems.
