Do you mean the Chaos Chosen Knights or the Nurgle Chosen Knights?

I removed the two old links (1.02 Depositefiles link and the 1.02 torrent link). If anyone wants me to post the 1.02 torrent up again, just pm me.

You can find the cine-ed here

And why doesn't your campaign have sound? It should. Do you have the music (in game) on mute?

Hmm... that is very odd. I'll see what I can do.

Well, I downloaded the latest version w/ sound today off your bittorrent link, but compressed it was 2 gihgs and uncompressed it had 6 gigs. When I tried to extract it normally through winrar, it would give me errors in the thousanmds of certain filed that wouldn't be extracted, to the point that almost nothing would be extratced into the folder. When I tried dragging the compressed file into the window in hopes of extracting it that way, the extraction would occur, taking up a good 8 gigs of my hard-disk space by the time it says 100%.

Since I run on a laptop, I'm running on a short amount of gig space for Total War on my C drive (20 gigs total, I have around 11-12 gigs left w/ M2TW and Kingdoms Teutonic installed. But then when I extract Call of Warhammer I only have 2 gigs left and it says I need another 3-4 gigs of space even after it hits 100%).

Am I doing something wrong? I really want to play this mod, but if it takes up so much space, I don't think I'll be able to.

Do you have windows 7? If so, you need to turn off the User Control system.

Look here on how to do that

Nay, I have Vista. I'm just wondering how much the actual mod takes up in hard disk space. 'm thinking its anywhere from 1-3 gigs like other mods. I don't mind a long download wait, so long as I can run it w/ a reasonable amount of space left.

Oh btw, I was able to download the other version just fine from that website which you said was slow. It was actually faster than the torrent for me! That game had the translation and it worked fine save for a few random crashes when starting a new game or finishing a battle, except it didn't have music. It's only this latest torrent I'm having problems with.

Hmm... I'm not sure what the issue is. Try using 7-zip. It works for me. Honestly, I have no idea why it isn't working. I have never encountered this problem before.

Please, if anyone has a problem just like this, please tell me. I want everyone to enjoy this mod like I do.

Edit: I just thought of something, try extracting to the same folder your archive is in. I have to do this for some downloads, and it worked for me.

Extracting to the archive of the extraction device? or to the mod folder? Either way, I'm gonna try again. Reinstalling M2TW Gold and Kingdoms as we speak, then I'm gonna try the link again. Wish me luck!

The torrent is an excellent idea, good job!

Its seeding pretty good (~500kB/s) but since there are no trackers it might be a problem if no-one seeds. I'm considering uploading it to gameupdates since they have dedicated seeders there.

The Danes, I swear, with their half arsed attempts at a 'war'. You gotta give it to 'em, they just dont stop trying. Listen, I've fought the Timurids, ever heard of them? Elephants with cannons on their backs. Yea, Timurids. You guys are like kids on tricycles compared to them. -REZ

aww man.....it didn't work. So i downloaded via the torrent, deleted the teutonic folder, extract the teutonic folder. Used the .bat file, it loads up the CoW splash screen and it just CTDs.

Did you try adding the hotfix? If so, that may have caused the problem. Also, do not try and add the translation.

Also, since too many people are having issues with this torrent, I am going to upload a new one. It will have the hotfix, my hotseat sub-mod, and Beren's skins.

no i didnt add the hotfix or the translation. I did exactly what i wrote down. Downloaded it and extracted it just like I did for the previous ver.

That's very strange. I think it might be because I changed it from .zip to .7z manually, which was very stupid of me.

Btw, I replaced the old torrent with a new one
