Mong - Not to put a dampner on things but are these not just touch ups of Psycho V - French Line Infantry (screen attached) and Remo's - Prussian Line Infantry??? i really do not see the point of duplicate mods??

I am just doing this for fun, I'm not forcing anyone to download them.

There are numerous Prussian and French line textures floating around, all of them very similar... I don't see your point TBH.

If you look you will see different details in mine and Remo's skins. I was under the impression that Remo's was a generic retexture for Prussian line. Mine is a specific regiment.

As far as Psycho's textures go, now I look I do see the resemblance. I will make them into another regiments colours when i get a chance seeing as this skin is troubling you.

And actually I did not use their skins and then 'touch them up'... I have only used Danova's skin as a base.

There you go Toon... They are a different colour now - based on a historical regiment.

Doombunny - lol sorry didn't see your post until I edited the texture. I thought i better base the colours on a historical regiment this time to avoid any issues

Sure thing, I just found a source for a couple of Spanish uniforms with purple trim (it would seem their coats did not have facings - just buttons) , I will try and get them done

Mong - I am only making an Observation and i am not looking to have an argument!, your units are great and all i was saying is that they look similar to other members work. Its your mod and you do what you want with your units you make!, i am not asking you to change anything.
As i would have members on my case immediatley if i had units that were similar looking to other persons work, it was a mere observation!

Don't know if your planning anything else atm but i love the reskins you've done so far, Theres a unit that im hating currently which is the Superior Line Infantry for Prussia. They dont fit with the rest of my blue/red army Any change you'll give them a touch up?

Wow, I just wanted to say reat work, I love the "grit" look you put on these unis. Keep it up!

BTW, can someone direct me to a "how to reskin" tutorial? I've been playing as the Spanish recently, and it seems the only Spanish mods deal with the line infantry (I am currently using 33orion77's spanish line). I would really like to reskin the whole army, but it seems nobody else has taken up this task. There is one that redid all the units, but it just paints them white, as it was only meant to fix the god-aweful yellow that CA had originally.

The first line is simple, nicely done, with the little touch of green that remind me the Hasbourg family
The 222 of Puerto Rico fit perfectly with white/blue uniforms of spain (grenadier, walloon guard etc) even if it is less historical to see this uniform around Madrid.
The irish brigade (white wig one) is simply perfect.

I think an "early days of etw" spanish full retexture was integrated to Darth Mod ultimate Commander (look for credit i forgot the creator's name)

ps: if you use 33orion77 french retexture (with 10 eme de Flandres for line) you will have a good "blue white" style for spain/french allies
