hey all!

i want to play a hotseat with a friend of mine. but we want to be ally's (on very hard difficulty wich is hard eneugh for me)
now is my question: if i want to be a orthodox faction and he wants to be a catholic faction. we offer each other alliance, trade trade rights and militairy access. would we have a good standing with each other? of will it drop down to poor relationship? just because of the different culture? or doesnt it matter with human players?
