MTW2 Unspecified error

Hello everyone!
I have a huge problem with Medieval2TotalWar ...
The problem is the following:
After starting the game I go to custom game and after selecting all the options start the game.
after loading and after a while I started the battle, the game crashes to desktop:
Medieval 2 Total War has encountered an unspecified error and will be finished (I think this is the correct English translation because the message is not in English because I'm not English.

(the game does not crash some time ago ... but after the upgrade ...
gives me problems ....

I tried to solve the problem in the following ways:
- I uninstalled the game and cleaned the registry with CCleaner and also with RegSeeker Then I installed the updated drivers for my video card, DirectX and Windows Media Player 11 and later I Reinstalling the game ...
but it gave error ...
