Ok, I'm playing as the HRE and have 3 fleets of 2 Carracks each off the coast of the New world(Specifically the Tenochtitlan Region), each fleet has a full stack(2 led by Captains, 1 by a General) but I can't disembark them. What do I have to do?

you need to find a coastal region, you cant disembark on the rocks. just find a nice and clean beach and disembark there, i know there is one in the north.
