It's modfoldered now. SS is modfoldered so BftB2 kinda has to be.

Thats not really possible. Either use the program in my signature or make seperate installs.

If you mean the swapping of files in and out like PB does with RR/RC, I wont be doing that. It's much easier to just have a separate copy of SS.

If you want to use only one SS install you can basicly achieve easy switching by using Generic Mod Enabler (JSGME)
This tool allows to swap in files from a designated modfolder while creating a backup of the files in place.
In theory you could have a 6.1 install, fire up JSGME in it, have 6.2 RC4 and BftB in JSGMEs Modfolder and happily switch between 6.1, 6.2 and BftB.
It works on the vanilla folder as well if you want to try out a mod that changes things there. All you have to do is install that mod into a subdirectory of the JSGMEs Modfolder.

Sweden having no pre-battles speeches is not to do with what language version of M2TW you have. It's just a thing with M2TW that new, non-vanilla factions often have no voices. When i was testing them, Norway, Lithuania, Aragon and Kievan Rus were mute
