Sorry you'll have to reinstall. You might get away with just reinstalling RR/RC, but if that doesn't work you'll need to do a full reinstall of SS.

No to have both installed you're going to have to have two copies as you described.

Yes but you will get the supply system back as BftB2 has it's own traits file that will overwrite the no-supply file.

Crimson Tide works fine. Been using it myself and I highly recommend it

The checkboxes when you install 6.1 dont really matter as the BftB will overwrite all the files any of those submods use anyway (except for permanent arrows). But to be sure they should be left blank as BftB isn't designed to work with them yet (again, the permanent arrows should still work fine though)

Hey Caesar, congrats on the release! The new rosters are sick, due thanks to the Rusichi team!

I know it is a beta, so maybe it is set up like this, but I have a qq - there is no battle or title screen music - why?

    Again great work!

You may have to delete the events.idx and events.dat files in SS\data\sounds.

When the beta is finished I'll release files without the supply system for those so inclined.

I know it was just released, but I assume it's in beta because you would like some input from the community on bugs. I noticed two odd ones:

    1) Every rebel Eastern European general I fought was a silver surfer. Also, my troop captains were the old models (in plate mail) - I don't know if you changed those or not.

    2) Villages (Moscow, Caffa) do not get the option to upgrade to a town at 1000 pop., or at 2000. Minor bug?

I hope you don't mind the reports!

Crud. Can you tell me which factions and which generals in particular: faction leaders, heir, generals, captains or (god forbid) all of them?

Updated the installation instructions in the first post. Forgot to add to delete the map.rwm files for the early era and late era campaigns before playing them. If you've already started one of these campaigns, my apologies.

    I'll look into it.

Sorry yeah that's because I forgot the instructions about deleting the map.rwm files first as described above. Really sorry about that

I hope you don't mind the reports!
No of course not! That's why it's just a beta release. The more bugs that get reported, the less there will be in the full release

Love the new Novgonod and Kievan Rus units, and the addition of Sweden. Thank you for all of your work.

One small thing, maybe I missed something or end-user error, but I don't get victory conditions for neither Novgorod nor Kievan Rus for the early and late campaigns.
I don't always talk in tautologies, but when I do, I talk in tautologies.

I assume Sweden is yet to be finalized?

No it's the final roster. Why would you think it wasn't?

    I meant texture-wise. They're a little... rough around the edges, I guess?

Oh, and the UI of the main screen could use a little bit more opacity. The background shows through a lot, which makes it hard to read a lot of the text.

CC... about settlement upgrades...are they really "bug" because I remember that you have mentioned that some settlements cannot be upgraded at all (sorry if Iam mistaken). I very enjoy Novgorod roster and playing for them even when beginning is hard as hell...just crappy starting units but hey, no complaints for it is enjoyable being pwned at first. I love streltsy...to hell with accuracy ....They are maybe best gunner unit I remember playing for (of course Theras Faustian Reich is something completely different. Sorrow out.
