Reinstallation
recently had a problem running Kingdoms, maybe modding it too much has damaged some files. Anywho, point is I can't choose to uninstall all the campaigns at once, only individually by running the set up function found by exploring the disk. If I uninstall all the campaigns and delete any remaining files, can I reinstall Kingdoms entirely, and if so will it work right again?

That has been known to cause problems because Medieval2 is still installed and many of the files are used by both.
CA made campaigns to uninstall the way they install. That is basic programming sense.
Which ever way you decide to go, remember to use a registry cleaner after you delete the folders.
