Movement speed in EU: Rome

Did you too notice it's extremely slow?

Yeah, sort of but I guess it makes sense though...horse units tend to move a bit faster but it's all relative to terrain type. Moving 10,000 men through a hilly/mountain region will be slower than across a plain or desert.

You don't expect Mechanized Legion appear in 300BC right??

It takes two weeks to get from Ravenna to Rome by horse. let's say 2 months max with a contemporary army. The thing is, that in the game it takes much more. And I can't seem to recall it happening in EU3.
