    Default Banners on?

I downloaded a mod and there is no banners when playing the tactical battles. I asked how to turn them on for that mod/subforum and nobody has answered my question yet.

Can someone tell me how to turn them on?

I thought it might be the same was as in Rome:TW and BI but it's not.

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your help, however when I open the file it ask me what program to use.

I have never opened that type of file before and not sure what to do.

I used notepad as suggested and it worked fine. Problem when I saved it, it save as notepad doc.

    Is this ok?

Or does it have to be restored to the original document type?

I don't know how to restore it if it does.

Thanks for your help, apparently I have to spread some rep around before I can give you some more.

The file format is as old as the pc. Notepad is the easiest for something like this. When you hit the save, it overwrites the original.

If you want a backup, just right-click > rename > change it to something old_medieval2.preferences.cfg > enter and then edit the original.
