single Hero Units

is it possible to have heroes as a unit like a warrior priest on his own ? becuase this would make the game way more fun and make it feel mre warhammer like. its nice to see a hero on the battlefield aswell. but id make them expensive for example a warrior priest would be 8000 florins but you can only have one or if you have another it doubles or triples the price to at least 18000 florins.

It is if that unit just happens to be an "elephant" and you set the number of extras to 1 and play normal sized battles

Just look at Lord of the Rings: Total War and Blue Lotus (both in my sig). They both have single man units, especially in Blue Lotus.

4 man units are very much possible
