Custom Battle map settlements?

Hey I was wondering if its possible to do such a thing. I remember seing in the mod thread something about designing your own Castles and stuff. If that were possible will it be put in the next release?

Sorry I realized it is not there. Well if you would have used the search function you would have get the answer that the team is working on this but if it is possible it will take a very, very long time to do so.
