CA finally posted in one of the BAI threads on official forums,and gave information on the tweaks made by Darth and + they have stated that they Are Working on the BAI as in Fixing !!!

So with a little luck itll be even better as what Darth and for TAR our Toonster have come up with!!
(only adjustments to custom units will have to be made again im afraid,but thats a luxerious problem imo)

That is good news!!! as i have come to the opinion that the Custom TAR units BAI cannot be modified anymore to work in game!!

I will be happy when my game works properly!!!, i spent now £40.00 on a game with all add ons etc and it does not do what it says on the tin...at this present time i get more excitment listening to some professor discussing "Quantum Physics and its role on Evolution" than playing ETW!!!!

To say the Toon has "Spat his dummy out" is the biggest understatement of the year!!

I like what Darth has done, he does improves the game to some degree...we'll see what kind of AI the Creative Assembly gives us...we have heard much about mod tools and AI changes before with no result. I am hopeful, yet I remain skeptical as ever. I tired of being given boastful assurances that are unfulfilled.

So it seems polishing NTW is being prefered on doing anything on Empires anymore and specifically on Not developing any Mod Tools,so NO not changing anything!

there is no spoon and the IS NO NEW ETW PATCH!

The general consensus of community feedback has been that 1.5 is all around (BAI included) a good patch that offers more fun.

The 1.5 patch was a great patch overall,only to bad it broke the BAI,and not for a minority !

But when even hundreds and hundreds of posts who were mentioning the issue or dozens of specific threads who were written on it,supported with many screenshots and movieclips,and the unofficial support from CA for Darth to fix it taking into consideration,Well when even then CA says its a minority problem, ill have to rest my case sadly !
