This is hilarious. Come on, referring councillor, don't be so serious. Before you instigate disciplinary actions, be aware that the accused gets to choose whether or not to make things public afterwards. That a sitting councillor decided to push for action against Heinz for what is obviously a tongue in cheek comment is infinitely more "patronising of the Consilium", and worse for its collective reputation, than a lonely rep comment.
Whoever did it, it was all a rather large misunderstanding. I was the one who received the rep comment (it was unsigned) and thus brought it to the attention of my fellow councilors. I had no idea it was a joke. Anyway, things sort of escalated from there until we finally figured out who the author was. Now it's all good.
Regarding this, does this mean that Gaming Staff members who are moderators of the Minecraft servers are not provided a service for TWC, but for MCC? At least for the time being, before the community foundations are in place, Minecraft Gaming Staff members should be awarded on TWC.
I would have thought that it'd make more sense to have the citizen brand transcend the centers and be given out regardless of which forum the poster is on.
Currently MCC lacks many things we have here on TWC: A citizenship system and medals being the two most relevant for this discussion.
From discussions with GED about this a long time ago his goal with MCC and TWC is for them to be sister sites: related to each other, but not a subset (eg not a parent-child idea), thus an argument could be made either way for or against counting contributions.
What I would say on the matter is that the majority of those who are now MCC staff were on Gaming Staff on TWC prior to the move (which is a relatively recent thing), and as such their contributions were made under the TWC umbrella.
So from now on its not counted as TWC contribution ?
*sigs*
May I ask whom are you asking this question to?
You are a sitting councillor of the CdeC. You have been elected to decide what a contribution might be.

As curator I suggest that you do what you got elected for and don't ask others to do your job.
You see mr curator you don't have to view me as an idiot because I ask something. I was talking to poach and that I could have written it down better is that. You don't have to pull this crap on me.
I refered to this
and as such their contributions were made under the TWC umbrella.
Since it now is on a different site it and the way he wrote it I would make up it's no longer controbution to TWC but MCC. Sorry I ask poach something dear curator.
You can sigh all you want but I was asking something sorry if I distrubed your workplace.
