    Dark Storm's term doesn't expire until the 29th, so no worries yet.

    But maybe I'm simply expecting too muss. CdeC councillors would have done that, you know.
    Oh Nooooss.....If Lord William sees that, we'll be knee deep in a CdeC revival debate by nightfall. "Republic, Republic"......{The twelve ghosts, stir momentarily then return to their eturnal slumber}

    Could it be any other way?

    So, is HigoChumbo the chosen one? the one to change the balance?

    Sorry,.... but this is the worse week...
    I had to travel to Beijing twice to take care of my Indonesian Visa. On a all night Chinese train... an experience to say the least. On top of that I am packing to leave tomorrow morning. I manage to sneak in to post this. I won't be back on for a 24 hours.

    Isn't is Carlos the first in Spain and Charles the Fifth for everyone else; I do know Charles V is more popular due to that being his official name as Emperor.

    Apparently Carlos V is also a mexican candy bar,

    Maybe a good time to change that, for Censor's and Magistrates at least.

    Maybe for Censores only. From what I grasp Magsitrate service requires a bit more understanding of moderation practice and borderline cases of ToS violations, which is something that a bit more experience might be necessary for. Censores should actually be fine, since their cases are much clearer: The citizen has already been found guilty w.r.t. the ToS and they just need to decide to what extent his behaviour also damaged his worthiness of wearing the badge.

    I'd have thought it would be the other way around. Spending 3 months as a citizen probably won't increase your knowledge of the ToS. Knowledge of citizen standards is something that you learn over time as a citizen though.
