First off, what are these ideas he had in mind? Secondly, then shouldn't it? Otherwise, why not remove that restriction for >3 months old Citizens barring them from holding CDEC, Curator or Magisrate offices?

He's not holding an office, he is assisting me in keeping everything up to date and de-cluttering things. I really don't see the issue in a non 3 month citizen helping a Curator. He's not going to be voting in anything or making decisions.

My other 2 assistants are also members of the CdeC and are for me to bounce opinions off in terms of procedure which I have already made heavy use of, and to discuss more complicated issues in confidence. However they also have busy real lives which makes the sort of thing I'm after for more of an issue. SturmChurro is going to be a much more practical Assistant Curator. There are no restrictions on how many I appoint, or who they are, but I will not be stopping someone who has dozens of hours to put into TWC and the CVRIA.

I was browsing through the Archives looking for a past proposal I wish to try again, see if it passes, when I found a passed proposal that has not been implemented that was from over half a year ago. So what ever happened with the Passed Vault Key Award? It was passed nearly a year ago. Is it that there has not been a candidate worth giving the award to or is it that the ability to hand out such an award has not been implemented.
