    Will the Castles and cities be modded to represent their factions culture?

    On the battle map, no. Turns out this is very difficult but the team have said this could be looked into for later installations.

    Understandable. I wonder if this will be easily modifiable in Empires.

    From what i've seen of empire total war it is possible. Though i don't think Empire would lend itself to warhammer in that the "fortresses" are very seperate from the people. When you fortify a city all you really do is plonk a military camp in it.

    Will cultural (muslim/aztec/n-europe/s-europe/tuetonic) settlements be selected to best represent the faction, like an orc army defending on gothic battlements is kinda weird, a wooden castle makes sense.

    Also if terrain can be darkened (like in third age's mordor) could cities be darkened, I mean a derkened Aztec city is very chaos, all the temples and skull monuments, that'd be awesome.

    From what i've gathered the Teams stance on using Aztec cities as Chaos cities was
    "Chaos = Vikings, so why use Aztec?"

    I think that there will be different style cities for each faction, though i don't know the specifics. I can see Islendil is on atm so maybe he could give us a more precise comparative list? e.g

    Chaos = Teutonic
    High Elves = Middle Eastern

    etc, etc

    You are using other mod's settlement models. Would be good to have given them proper credit in the first post.
    Cheers.

    Why isn't the barony of westerland and Marienburg a faction?
    The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are so certain of themselves, but wiser people are full of doubts.
