Naval Battle Training

Is there any way to use the options in ETW to set up naval battles of 2 ships versus 2 ships? or 3 ships versus 4 ships? etc.

This would be very helpful for training how to effectively fight naval battles manually.

In game, the battles are usually mismatches with me either winning handily or getting crushed.

Some small fleet options would be nice for testing tactics and experimentation. Any way to do this?

As I was about to post a response, I figured out how to edit the opponents naval units in custom battles... and problem solved.
