Puckle guns

Are / Is there any mods that make the puckle gun fire faster or more shots?

I would be interested in a 'fun mod' that would make it more useful albeit even less historical

I think the 1WW team have/are modding them into machine guns. You may want to ask them how they did it, then you can alter the fire rates yourself

You can not change ROF you can however mod them to have an increased Clipp, mag call it what you will size...
