So I'm ordering my graphic card tomorrow can this setup play this game on top settings. If not how well will it be?

Yes.

Expect some lag once in a while though, Quad Cores are not really a pre if you want to game. It does not improve performance in video games by much. Mainly because a lot of (older) software has not been written well enough for the data to be transfered to all 4 cores. But when it comes to other processing like zipping and transfering, you will notice some difference. It also costs more time to produce software that runs more effective on quad then on dual core, so that is why dual core is a pre on gaming.


Still, Its a good graphics card and an average quad core. So you will manage.

Yeah, I'll have to overclock it so the single core games can play better

RTW uses only one core. Same for the Graphics card. Any lag you have will be the way the game is written, not your computer.
