Downloaded the bc file, still shows the CA_Libs

I know its been a while, but I've been spending hours trying to find a mod that works. I finally found this one, and it looks brilliant. I really got my hopes up then this exact problem happened. I got here through google and I really am desperate to get this game working.

I downloaded the file you suggested. But to be honest, I've absolutely no clue how to get it working. All that has happenes is Windows asking me to downloaded what seems like dozens of unrelated programs just to look at the file. Please help.

But what version of the mod have you downloaded? This thread concerns of version 2.02, which is not the latest. 2.3 is the latest, but you shouldn't be experiencing any problems with 2.3.

To open that .cfg file you only need Windows notepad application and right-click on it, choose Open With (or something like that) from the context menu and chose notepad application.
