That was literally mentioned about 4 posts ago, it's already in our list.

It's a collection of passage tombs, henges, standing stones and other stone age relics predating the Pyramids and Stonehenge. The most famous feature is the grave at Newgrange, were on the Winter Solstice every year a beam of light shines down the passage way through an opening above the door and lights up the inner tomb. Theres also extensive complexes at Knowth and Dowth.

    Some good suggestions there!

One thing you must keep in mind is that many sites of interest we know today were most likely hidden during EB's time, Newgrange for example would have looked little more that a small mound by EB's time as it had been abandoned for well over a millennia.

    Three Greek wonders:
    - Mount Olympus: The home of the gods in Greek mythology, Mount Olympus is the highest mountain in Hellas. Because of it's height, clouds and winds at the top, the ancient Greeks believed that the throne of Zeus was at the very top of the highest peak, which is known as Mytikas. It's 2.917 m tall.
    - Palace at Knossos: Believed to be the main palace of Minoan kings of old, the palace at Knossos is believed to inspired the Minotaur myth because of it's complex design and many hallways. I don't know if it was visible in 270, but it would be nice to include it.
    - The Paradise of Daphne: When Antioch was founded by Seleukos I, he built a large temple of Apollo in the suburbs of the new city and planted trees around it. It quickly turned into a lush garden and was the subject of awe of the ancients. Seleukid army often held parades in the gardens and the citizens of Antioch often came there to relax and breathe some fresh air. The remains of the gardens are still seen today.

I hope that this proposal will be considered by the EB team. Your mod is beyond awesome and I am proud of myself to help you.

If I remember correctly it is already in.

A'ssakhr 'LMaghribi 'LAthim (The Great Marib Dam)
Bab el Mandeb (Red Sea Straits)

I'm pretty sure these belong in Arabia and not Egypt.

Bab el Mandeb is an actual geographical location located near Djibouti and Yemen.
The Great Marib Dam was an Arabian wonder in EB 1, I definitely recall it during my Sab'yn campaign.

Yes, The Red Sea Straits is indeed somewhere near the Red Sea Straits and the Marib Dam somewhere in the ancient heartlands of the Sab'yn.

So what is your point exactly?

It will just have been a error with the initial post, nothing to worry about.

The Bab el Mandeb is actually ok in the "Egypt" category as this basically covers the whole area between Cyrene and the African Red Sea coast (plus the Sinai), so one half of the wonder is included.

My point is that it's definitely a mistake to list these under Egypt. It's like saying the Colossus of Rhodes is an Asian wonder.

It's no problem, I was just pointing out a mistake in the initial post. I know that it's perfect in the game.

The Giants Causeway in Ulster Ireland, its a must really.

Tara obviously, and Amhain Mhacha, Not so sure about the cliffs of Moher, impressive but not as important as the first three ive listed. Although if it is possible to have all four in the Irish provinces that would be great!!

He was asking for 4 Irish wonders, not 4 Irish provinces.

This is the so called Sfinx from the Bucegi Mountains. It's a megalith that could be the work of nature or even the work of the ancient Dacians. Who knows?
I hope you'll add it on your list.

This is another place in the same area. It's called Babele (old women). Looks nice but not sure if this is what you need.

PS: In case you guys don't know the Bucegi is the Dacian holy mountain Kogainon.

Then you need to do some research

PS: as I said, I'm not that sure about the second, but the megalith should be just what you need.

The Kogainon is already a wonder in EB, so these rock formations would just be part of that, we could probably add them to the description though.

What about the Externsteine in Germany?

    hg

The Externsteine is a narrow and strung-out sandstone rock formation in the Teutoburg Forest in eastern North Rhine-Westphalia near Detmold, which at its northwestern end emerges from the concealing vegetation of the forest to constitute the actual Externsteine - a remarkable composition of enormous rocks and stand-alone pillars in a region which is otherwise poor in rocks.

Its mostly known for its alleged importance as religious site for the pre-Christian Saxon tribes in the Early Middle Ages, who fought against the Catholic Franks under Charlemagne during the Saxon Wars (772-805 AD) to preserve their political and religious independence before ultimately being subjugated and Christianised.

There are no significant archaeological findings for the pre-Christian area though, so it's actually impossible to verify if the Externsteine were of any special relevance to the surrounding tribes during the timeframe covered by EB.
But as that part of the map isn't exactly crowed with Wonders, maybe it will get a chance - or it could beef up the content of the appropriate province building description.
