Your favourite race in Oblivion

What's your favourite race in Oblivion and why?
My favourite is Dunmer, because they can use well magic power and the're also good in meele combats or in fighting with bows. They are good in all the skills.

Khajit, because I like to sneak up behind people, shoot them in the back and then run away. And because the other race suited to thins, Bosmers, are clearly rubish.

Altmer, just because I found my most fun characters to be magic users. Personally I think alot of the personality from the races was lost in Oblivion. In Morrowind my favourites were Dunmer by far, and they're still my favourite race by far in the series.

And Bovril, Bosmer females are alright, just the males are idiots and tiny.

Bosmers can be fun assasins and thiefs.

I like just about every race, the only ones I don't like is Dunmer, Argonian and Bretons. Dunmers and Argonians aren't really that good, and Bretons is just "meh". Poor (and weak! ) mans Altmer really

Am not particularly fond of the Imperials either, but their history is cool.

I like both Dunmer and Bosmer. I like the Dark Elves because I can use them for an assassin/mage class, and I use the Bosmer for an assassin/thief class. I voted for Bosmer.

Imperial. The legitimate founder-race of the Empire of Tamriel, and the primary rulers of it. To me, they represent a somewhat parallel Roman Empire.

Yes. They ruined the Dunmer in Oblivion. Their voices, specifically. In Oblivion they sound exactly like their dandy brethren.

Well though I didn't really like it it does make sense, life in Cyrodiil is much easier and much less ash filled. A soft life breeds soft people. While Vvardenfell is a very rough and dark place which reflects strongly in it's people.

Even though I enjoyed them more in Morrowind it makes perfect sense the way they did it.

Actually, the empire was created by Nedes and every major ruling dynasty has been of Nedic/Nordic origin.
Both Reman and Tiber Septim, the two greatest emperors and founders of the two Imperial Dynasties, were Nords and the Akaviri ruled during the Interregnum.

The Imperials have actually never held the highest authority in the Empire, nor been the major part of the Legion since those are mostly Colovians (who are descended of Nords).

Imperial is my favourite, but I have also had good time playing as Nord, Wood Elf, High Elf and Dark Elf.

Nord, especially when axes stop getting the shaft in TES (what's with the weird weight system in TES anyway)

They're the driving force behind 'humanity' if you look at the lore (I'm biased though ), have quite an intriguing political system (lots of political games, a system of magic I really want to see in action,...

Some people see them as generic vikings, but the lore is actually quite rich and different from them.
