Yes - except that Prince Carlos became Duke of Parma - Elizabeth's ancestral possession - under the Treaty of the Hague. And then in the War of the Polish Succession, Spain recovered the kingdom of Sicily/Naples and made it a client kingdom of the Two Sicilies under the Treaty of Vienna (1738) under Duke Carlos of Parma (later Carlos III of Spain). So her policy was a partial success.
