    HQ
    HIVE TYRANT
Hive Tyrant will not get a new model (Allesio at GD Italy)
Tyrants definitely have expanded psychic powers.
Increases to stat line on tyrant. +A +I, 5+ invul save default
Regen upgrade option as Fex (points expensive) (Stickmonkey, Warseer)

    BROODLORD
Broodlord does more to stealers than just FOC change options (Stickmonkey, Warseer)

    ELITES
    WARRIORS
Warriors in every FOC slot - Tyrant shall make them Troops, Wings - Fast Attack, Heavy Support warriors will get +T, +Sv and each can get heavy weapon (The One, 40konline)

    LICTORS
Fixing to their deployment rules (Alession at GD Italy)

    TROOPS
    GAUNTS
Hormogaunt for 6pts, option of WoN for +3
Gaunts with no weapons but with WoN for 3pts (Xas, BOLS lounge)
Fleshborers at 1pt (King Elessar, BOLS lounge)
Gaunt boxes repacked into Termagants or Hormogaunts (King Elessar)

    GENESTEALERS
Genestealers going to Elites, with Broodlord they can be taken as Troops (Xas, 40konline)

    RIPPERS
    No solid rumours yet

    FAST ATTACK
    RAVENERS
Raveners will be able to Deep Strike through the tunnels of Trygon, and I'm 95% they'll be able to Assault the same turn. Possibly not needing to roll for Reserves either (King Elessar)
Trygon/ravener "burrow" ability, go back underground, re-DS elsewhere on table (Stickmonkey, WarSeer)
3 Ravs on a sprue along with rending claws and at least one ripper and a scenic bit. (Brimstone)
    3 Raveners in a box

    GARGOYLES
New models - separate head, Fleshborer arms(2 pieces), 2 wings, 2 body pieces, no additional bits (like Rippers, scenic bits etc)
    10 Gargs on a sprue
Flying bases (rumours by Brimstone and Hatty, Warseer)

    HEAVY SUPPORT
    TRYGON
Plastic Trygon with wariable options (head, tail and jaw optionsat least), box rumored to have 3 sprues and looking really good
Raveners will be able to enter behind a Trygon and assault the same turn. Although the Trygon itself will not be able to assault, is subject to deepstrike-like scatter, and supposedly with a different mishap table. Or they may deepstrike on their own, like the Trygon...i.e. with modified mishap table. Supposedly off table scatter for either unit results in a return to reserves... (Stickmonkey, WarSeer)
Trygon/ravener "burrow" ability, go back underground, re-DS elsewhere on table (Stickmonkey, WarSeer)

one of the heads will include a 'swallowing' option - in which case Trygon will be called the "Mawloch"(Brimstone)
The "Mawloch head" is NOT among any seen yet (The Dude, WarSeer)

    images:
http://i735.photobucket.com/albums/ww354/gajowy21/PlaticTrygonmacetail.jpg Phill Kelly's Trygon, mace tail, regular head (my assumption)
http://i735.photobucket.com/albums/ww354/gajowy21/PlasticTrygonscythetail.jpg Trygon from Apoc book, scythe tail, special head

    CARNIFEX
"The new book will let players field even more Carnifexes than before" (Allessio at GD Italy)
Fex "nerf" will "make sense", is not related to Nid-zilla. players will still want to have many fexes (Stickmonkey, WarSeer)

    BIOVORE
New Biovore model (Phill Kelly @GD Germ)

    MISC
    VENOMTHROPE
Model was shown in new WD, http://i735.photobucket.com/albums/ww354/gajowy21/Newcreature.jpg
    Cropped pic by Scryer, http://www.warseer.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=73305&d=1256105889
Tyranids have supposedly got ahold of an alpha+ level psyker and integrated his DNA into the swarm meaning they will have about as many psychic powers to choose from as space marines (and they are all assumed to "make world wolf look like a child's game"). (The One, 40konline)

    TYRANID BASILISK (working name)
"I would expect something similar to a Tyranid basilisk, a new species with a brand new metal model is likely" (Allessio at GD Italy)

    HIVEGUARD/SWARM GUARD
Good loking model, unfortunately it has the Zoanthrope "move-and-I'll-flip" syndrome (Stickmonkey, WarSeer)
(response) Quite front/top heavy(The Dude, WarSeer)

    PYROVORE
No solid news yet, except for model's price

    GENERAL STUFF
Flesh hooks as standard (to be know on what sized models)
    Template type weapon
Another rumor reinforcing a change to nids "rending" reverting rending back to 4ed for nids
Lash whip can "target" a model in unit in CC (must mean other changes to LW) )
Crushing Claws = dreadnaught CCW + new nid ability (Stickmonkey, WarSeer

    t
Tyrants with a stat boost and a invulnerable save, Warriors that won't get fisted to death, new creatures, more carnifex....better looking brood lord and possibly plastic gargoyles!!! This update gets the hivemind's stamp of uber approval and show you lesser species what it meant to evolve.

Bloody hell can't get rid of the underline

Meh, I gave up Warhammer a while ago. They just can't justify selling a small metal figure for over £12...

I seriously don't know why I spent so much on it.

Anyways, in the risk of going off topic: how many Raveners come in that box for £27?! I remember getting the old metal one in a Blister...
