Has anyone else noticed, that Campus Roxolani is earning 22294?

Also, my comments seem to have gone unnoticed

Basically all the faction capitals are set up to bring in a fair bit of income, with the idea that as you or the AI expands, earnings relatively go down.

With regard to extra regions unfortunately we're up to the maximum number so can't split any.

I haven't been on TWC for some time and today I saw the preview and I must say (again) that I'm impressed. These Sarmatians are amazing, Roxolani Nobles, Saka Nobles and Saka Elite Cavalry are my favorites (yeah, I'm cavalry fan ). Be sure I'm going to play them just after I try out Rome. Can't wait for the release

Sparta is in the obvious place and the Free Greeks are in many different places - Athens, Syracuse, Masilla, Cyrene, opposite Byzantium and in the Crimea (there may be others).

So there won't be the Bosporan Kingdom like a faction?

    Another question:
Will you rework the coastlines to make them smoother?

Btw, the map texture is really fantastic. Even better than in RS 1.6!!

Yes Cherryfunk is responsible for that area. Hopefully he will be back online soon and able to do them.

ok as some of you know i'm now a betatester!(at least when tone or Dvk comes online) i'm betatesting the Sarmartians, so a few questions!
    1. wich way will I go? south to Armenia, or east to Scythia?
    2. Should I build loads of cheap horse archer stack or a few really powerfull ones? (I conquerd have the world with the seleucids levy phalanxes + peltast)

I got a campaign with Samartians going on sometimes aswell and atm , i was just going for all the free people's tows around the area trying to connect town to town , get a good trade in and tax's , basicly .

    1. Take and kill all traceians , take there lands aswell.
2.Try to connect towns with raods and Exspand in northern area first build empire, take all camps.
3.check if armenia and Pontus are exspanding aggresifly, if not take some of there lands [defensive].
    4. Keep an eye out for dacians sometimes they can be a power house and kills almost macedonian regions, then sometimes trying to take some of the Sytian area's starting with old trace.
5.if u wana exspand realy far in , best choice is take all northen part /germania/Gaul/dacia.

Yea in the early stage's i build alot of Horseachers like 5/6 or more and some land unit's ofc always 1 general for moral, early stage's in that Region free people only have spearman they have weak def easly to wipe there grps with arrows.

and later when u can recrute those swordmen with shield and decent armor on , they can trow also javelins , when i got those i go .... 6 Swordman . 4heavy Horseman - sometimes 10 or less horsearchers or some more swordman

I can't believe how beautiful these units are... every time I look at them I feel the need to say "thank you Roma Surrectum team members and collaborators for your intensive efforts!"
