It's "entirely_dadaistic_udder.txt" which can be accessed only by getting drunk and playing soccer with just any cow.
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
Ok this is fairly impressive. I am going to have to try a few things with this just to see what happens.
Great Job!
Are you planning to add heat bonus/malus to armour (a chainmail in the desert isn't very comfortable) ???
And another question: some modifiers are decimal values, but the final value for unit's stat is int, i.e. attack. So, because of conversion, decimal digits are lost. Maybe you should avoid decimal values for stats with int values.
Good idea about the heat, I'll probably create a heat mdf for armour material, and the heat-mdf * weight-mdf will affect the final stat_heat, unless people think that's taking things too far...
Regarding the decimal values: I like providing people the ability to micro-customise as much as they want, so I see no harm in allowing decimal modifiers, since they don't cause any problems and can cause significant stat differences as the values they are applied to get larger.
In other news, the new version of EDU-matic will be released pretty soon.
EDU-matic 1.3 including Advanced Version have been released. See here for details.
What does this actually do? How does it help unit editing? I may try this with my mod, though it's only built upon M2TW Teutonic so there aren't lots of units.
why i get this error if i give "long_pike" attribute to sarissa?:
"Primary weapon (Sarissa) should have short_pike attribute in order to support schiltrom formation."
Btw, i gave macedonian phalanx, and not schiltrom, to the units with sarissa.
It is a small oversight on my part regarding some conditions, which has been fixed for version 1.4, which will be released shortly (today probably, I still need to test a couple of things).
The updated tool to 1.4 is now available. Check this post for more info.
Using version 1.4.3, I can't get the heat stat to go above 5, but in vanilla there are units with a heat stat up to 6. Is that an oversight?
Also the material modifier for heat doesn't appear to do anything unless it is set to 1. Decimals seem useless even though the default settings are all decimals. How does this modifier work? Am I missing something?
