Minas Ithil defence tactics

Good way how Minas Ithil can be defended:

The Orcs will run easely, and your casualties against full Orcish stack (without trolls) will be 20-50 men.

oh, mate, I had a battle there and used almost the same tactics.
that was Steward Ectellion and his diminished army. he was attacked by scripted army I think with 2 units of Olog-hai

I was lucky to have catapult standing behind my line, thus broke Orcs' morale firing while enemies were entering the castle.... after a long massacre I managed to pull my forces back to the third level and had victory

But consider - it's archer based defence. If you have less than three archer batallions, don't use that tactics!

Note - both Mordor stacks were led by Nazguls besides in the first stack was a unit of trolls. That's why casualties are relatively high.

Well, you are posting in a thread that saw no activity in 5 years and the spoilers you refer to were posted in 2009. I checked if there was any content in those spoiler boxes and there is none.
