I really want to play rome total war but I can't
it's cracked, is there any way I can force my cp to read it or do you think they'll send me a free copy

Cracks are illegal under any circumstances and dont discuss it. But if I were you I would just get a new game. They are cheap now.

If you mean that the CD/DVD is broken then you should not expect it to be replaced (unless it was like that when you bought it). I had my original RTW BI CD-ROM explode in a DVD-Burner drive on a new PC. I wasn't even playing the game, I just heard it 'spool up' and then a nasty crack/bang sound. The drive was filled with shards of glass and had to be removed from the PC.
Although it's possible to buy the game from Steam and other download sites Id suggest buying a new disc and looking after it.
I don't think there is any further discussion possible on this so (if it's a broken disc or if you are using a crack) - closed......
