Many thanks to Johan and the team for all there efforts in improving and promoting The excellent mod for multiplayer.

We now have a fantastic very simple installer as well as many in game changes that have greatly improved our on line fun.

Trom MP really does put vanilla to shame, so if like a less arcade and a more realistic feel to your MP battles, then look no further than Trom.

Lots of information here on whats we are up too in Trom MP.

Glad to hear it!

Even though I am no online player myself, with the broken Battle AI in the latest patches, MP might be just the way to enjoy battles as they should be.

Ever thought of giving MP a go Johan ???
Take it from somebody who only ever played SP or campaign battles, until about 18 months ago, that there is absolutely no comparison, MP is a thousand times better, as you say the way to enjoy battles as they should be

A bad human player on his worst day is still going to challenge you far more than the BAI ever will no matter what the programmers do with it. There have been some really excellent and very large games of late which are as much a spectacle to watch as they are to participate in (3v3 and 2v2 games are common).

Thanks from me as well, you saved my MP "life" with this mod, it's excellent.....great games almost every night now......8pm to midnight (uk) is a good time to try and fit an MP game in........I think the "boss" needs to test his work against the regular MP guys !.

I wouldn't do that just yet Lancier, it may not be necessary, lets wait and see what Johan has to say, after all the mod does not interfere with Vanilla

dont uninstall it! just use Moopere auto-installer ( http://nwg.freeforums.org/trom-the-r...beta-t897.html ) for TROM v1.65 Beta

until final v1.65 is released.

Last saturday i played the NWG TROM v1.682 Multiplayer battle... Great really. Only one thing still disappoint me... Ottoman still not selectable according to me when checking all stats.

iove the Shrapnal effect, i youse 15 cannons whith shrapnal shot and theres manny puffs of cloud above my enamys head, i just love it!

""Just here to say once more many thanks to Johan"" for his fantastic work on Trom, but especially on making Trom MP such an enjoyable experience for our group of the Napoleonic MP community who were desperate for something realistic and playable to fill our free evenings.

Not unexpectedly most of us have now moved on to NTW, (i haven't as its so shockingly bad in vanilla form, just my opinion

) we will be following Trom developments in this area very closely indeed.
So best of luck with that Johan and the new team which we all hope arrives very soon.
