Hi there!

I realised the other day that something felt very wrong on the battlefield. Something didn't feel realistic and it suddently struck me:

Sound travels slower than light. I.e. When we see bangs on the battlefield there should be some kind of delay, dependent on how far you are from the location.

So if you are half a mile from gun fire it should have rougly half a sec delay till you hear it.

This may of course be an impossible addition. But I wondered if this had struck anyone else as odd or if anyone had thought of this.

Thought it might be quite cool to see some cannons fire from a far away position to be greeted with a delayed noise from the shot to show how far away it is.

Anyways, any opinions?
