Is anyone interested in an Advanced Gimp course.. I am willing to run one if this proves popular enough. Please list anything you would be interested to make it easier to tailor the course based on what people are interested in learning.

i'd be interested in the more subtle changes, and things like smoothing lighting when you have several pasted images. Also the filter menu would be great, cause i've never really gotten around to looking at much of it

I would be interested, but my hand to eye coordination when it comes to making things on Paint and Gimp and such is terrible.

YES!!! I just bought a wacom and the further experience I can get with Gimp the better.

Edit: Oohh, you wanted us to list subjects to be taught. Well, some kind of review of the most used functions (colour-functions in particular) would be dandy. I'm more interested in creating pictures than just pure editing. But on the other hand, I'll take what I get so anything's appreciated.

I think if this goes.. the first lesson would be an easy re-hash of the Gimp basics that Astaroth ran a few months back, that will give any newbies a basis of understanding.. as long as they have reviewed the basics course.

If you feel you have a requisite amount of interest in a GIMP class, please send me a lesson plan with one completed lesson as an example. Preferably one that will not be a re-hash, those are fine and encouraged, but isn't indicative unless you plan to reteach an archived class verbatim.
