Re: Beta Files, Unofficial Patches and Test Versions
Yes but in this case it's the difference between a balanced, mostly bug-free version and an almost unplayable proof of concept

Oh, didn't know it was that much of an alpha, guess I'll stick with XC4 and wait for XC5 then. Thanks for the information !

Re: Beta Files, Unofficial Patches and Test Versions
Hi guys
I hope you are well. Awesome mod you have created here. I was wondering is there a forced diplomacy mod that is compatible with this?

Re: Beta Files, Unofficial Patches and Test Versions
We use the same forced diplomacy system as XGM.

Zarax , thanks for the quick reply. Will try that tonight. Playing as the Sabeans and Egypt turned against me.

Re: Beta Files, Unofficial Patches and Test Versions
I had no idea this was being worked on still so it came as a pleasant surprise just wanted to say thanks guys for the hard work and for continuing to work on the original Rome I love it so much more than RTW2 I do have a question though do I need to install the test version over XC 4 or is it standalone? Also is the mod still modfoldered?

Re: Beta Files, Unofficial Patches and Test Versions
The mod is still mod-foldered of course and it's standalone but will overwrite your XC4 installation.
Be advised however that test versions are still very rough and far from a finished status.

Re: Beta Files, Unofficial Patches and Test Versions
Yes. I chose ALX and it gave me hording errors. Then i went into the faction file and removed those (with my super limited knowledge) and the game started but crashed after choosing a faction.
