He looks like he died and came back to life.![]()
Looks better every time I see it.
Well, I can't really link it here, but a screenshot of one of the "sex scenes" has been leaked. All I'll say is that there's a gratuitous amount of side boob shown. And not the Mass Effect side boob where it's kinda blurry and out of focus either.
*prays the north american edition isn't censored*
Er, I mean. Yeah, this game is mature and adult for mature and adult-minded gamers.![]()
They showed a topless woman in one of the previews I saw. Geralt rescued her from some castle.

Nah, it's an entirely different one with Triss in a bedroom.
EDIT: http://i.imgur.com/P6Q46.jpg
I'll just link it anyway, since I don't know how far the "no boobies" rule can stretch.

Realism taken to the next level.

Honestly, tits aside, what's got me more and more optimistic for this game is the addition of a few features that the first game sorely lacked for an RPG.
-Itemization. Instead of the first game's 3 suits of armor that were acquired in a linear progression (simple upgrades) that fitted your entire body, the second game apparently has 30+ different armor sets (or pieces?) and you can customize your torso, pants, gloves, and boots. As well as your steel and silver sword and a slot for a trophy. And it looks like all the different armor sets do more than just increase damage resistance, but things like poison or bleeding resistance.
-Non-combat skills. According to this magazine, Geralt has new skills in the line of intimidation and persuade. This is a very welcome addition, which is more in line with the first Mass Effect game where you had to put points into your intimidate/charm skills, rather than being able to successfully use them on everyone by default.
-The ability to talk to every NPC. Yeah, it seems like an insignificant thing, but it adds quite a bit by adding more interaction with the game world and its people when your character can chat with them; no matter how mundane the conversation. I like this instead of clicking on an NPC and having them spout a generic randomized line that adds nothing else to the gameplay. I don't know if you can do this with every NPC (which I doubt very much), but even being able to initiate dialogue with a few NPC's in every zone is nice.
A very good thing might be coming out of Poland next month. Since they seem interested in adding more depth and complexity to their games, rather than streamlining them. "Making it more welcoming".

They do seem to have cut out heavy weapons and daggers, I had hoped they would instead make them better.
Only having swords gets boring to me.
Also I hope they improve skills, in the first game you could get basically every useful skill by the end of the game.

In the screenshot I linked, there says there's a "Rusty Well-Balanced Dagger" in the inventory list on the left side of the screen.
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
I hope they kept all the heavy weapons in too though.
And the guy from that Polish site who got his hands on the preview release, he says (I think) that it's impossible to level up everything like you could in the first game.
Dunno if that's every skill and attribute, but:

At the top of the list it says "All" so the tab's showing every item in the inventory most likely. But yeah, unless you equip daggers in one of your pockets, which doesn't make sense. I'm holding out hope that the final version of the inventory screen isn't exactly like that picture, and there's a bit more itemization possible.
I don't know if I believe you can talk to every NPC. Red Dead Revolver was saying that you could do that too and then the game came out and all it meant was getting a random line from somebody like you were saying Corvis. I remember how disappointed I was at the lack of interaction in the saloons, for instance.
Yeah, I don't know what I was thinking or if I just got a little overzealous from that Polish translation saying he talked to every NPC.
Anyway, side-by-side comparison between the lowest graphics settings and maximum.
Disclaimer: Here there be boobs.
If you're planning on buying this on release, make sure to upgrade your video card so you can enjoy the sweet shadows around Triss' cleavage.![]()

I just hope some uniqueness is included in there somewhere.
Instead of having Steel Sword #1, #2 and #3.....light leather armor and medium leather armor. And on and on.
I want distinction. Quality, not quantity.
Want them to do it right from start instead of fixing it in an eventual upcoming sequel.
