I think this is the best place to put this thread...
I bought these when I visited Ypres, and I was just wondering if anybody could tell me what weapons they are from. The two on the right (I believe) are the same.
Thanks in advance!

If u know the length of the bullet just look around the web for bullets, such as the .303 or the 7.92mmX52mm Mauser or even the 7.62x52mm(USSR)
You bought them? My uncle gave several of them to me for free, his friend is an archaeologist.
It's quite hard to tell as their condition is bad. These are the bullet projectiles, and these were largely the same for most WWI nations IIRC.
Here are some pics of the ammunition of the various rifles.
7.92x57mm Gewehr 98 (German)
8mm Lebel round (French)
.303 Enfield round (British)
I personally think it's an Enfield round, as the Gewehr98 bullet was more pointier and slimmer and there were little French troops near Ypres

Thanks for the help
And by the looks of it, the one on the left is from a Level and the other two are Lee Enfields, although I could be wrong.
And I say 'bought', they were 10 cents each

The standard rifle of the Belgian army during WW 1 was teh Mauser model 89.
