Some photos showing the soldiers and the equipment of Polish 10th Motorized Cavalry Brigade in 1939:
Polish motorized infantry from 10th Motorized Brigade was using Austro-Hungarian WW1 helmets, type 1916:
Not surprising that soldiers of the 10th Motorized Brigade were called "Dark Devils".
With the exception of tank crews from this Brigade, who were using helmets which can be seen below the type 1916 helmet:
Vickers E tanks which belonged to the Polish 10th Motorized Cavalry Brigade:
TKD self-propelled guns from 10th Motorized Cavalry Brigade:
TKS-D self-propelled guns from 10th Motorized Brigade:
TK-3 tankette with 20mm automatic gun, similar to TKS tankettes with 20mm automatic guns used by 10th Motorized Brigade:
Destroyed TKS with 20mm automatic gun - similar to those used by 10th Motorized Brigade - September / October of 1939, this time we can see a German soldier:
Vickers E from 10th Motorized Brigade destroyed in Trzciana (near Wisnicz Nowy) on 06.09.1939:
Germans had taken around 19 photos of this tank (around 19 photos of this tank are known), mainly because on that day they lost many tanks in combats against the Polish 10th Motorized Brigade, while Poles lost only this one tank - despite the fact that Polish 10th Brigade was opposing 2nd Armoured Division and 4th Light Armoured Division supported by elements of 3rd Mountain Division for the whole day of heavy combats betwern Pcim and Nowy Wiśnicz.

This guy :
Rudel : Rudel flew 2,530 combat missions and successfully attacked many tanks, trains, ships, and other ground targets, claiming a total of 2,000 targets destroyed - including 800 vehicles, 519 tanks, 150 artillery guns, a destroyer, two cruisers, one Soviet battleship, 70 landing craft, 4 armored trains, several bridges and nine aircraft which he shot down
I mean, lol, WTF !!! this guy is an entire army just himself and his little plane !! Fortunately for the rest of the world, there were no two Rudel ... they would have won the war
And this guy :
Knispel
The best Tank commander the world has known, with more than 170 tank destroyed ... Let's remember that all was manual in WW2 ...
I like face pictures ...
The following pictures were all taken in my birth place, Meijel.
Pictures of two German fallschirmjager taken on the 29th of september 1944. They probably belonged to the Fallschirmjager regiment 24 Hübner. Both men were killed on the same day when these pictures were taken. The last picture shows the same house where these pics were taken today.
Captured Fallschirmjager near Meijel.
Picture of a 240mm M1 Howitzer at 'Donk'. This gun was used in an attempt to destroy the bridge across the Maas river in Venlo. The last picture shows the same area today.
Picture of a British patrol near Meijel.

Notice the madman known as Jack Churchill at the front of the charge with his sword. Truly epic picture.
