And... eeeer... seriously...?!
I think there are quite enough - it is somewhat unfair of course; Germania had hundreds of tribes with no real 'standard' warrior types. But hey, this is a game! Curse the engine's limits if you must.
....Or rather praise them: RS2 would be in development for another 10 years probably if they wouldn't be there.
We pleaded with CA to either help or allow us to raise some of the limitations in RTW. They either ignored us or refused. But, THB, even if they had allowed it, it would've been hard to implement. This game is a bit 'dated'. Even the 500 units allowed in EDU don't necessarily mean they will show up right in, for example, Custom Battle menus. I discovered that after the 446th unit (or somewhere around there) the unit cards would just show up 'white' in the menu. Also, there are only 32 units allowed in any one settlement's recruitment que (excluding agents), and we had problems there as well. (Imagine having to count the units available in 198 regions to make sure the limit wasn't exceeded!) The Greek factions, particularly the 'Successor States', had a big problem with this.
But, every faction has access to a mind-numbing number of AOR and Merc units, so none of them will lack for interesting units to fight with.

Hi everbody, I just started to play your mod and I wanted to say that it's really perfect. Thank you very much ! But I see here on the picture, that the character can become "Caesar" or "Dictator for life"... I was looking around to find how it works, but I haven't found nothing... Can someone explain it to me?
thx
How to you this battle?!
I won battle only with slingers! I have a such result couple of years ago ... Parthian horse archers shoot from a distance all, but slingers so perfectly worked the first time.
5000 Macedonians against Rome 3500 - and the result.
The Roman army retreated, I had not pursued that would not spoil the impression of a perfectly played battlefield.
