Its in the banners spoiler section. One of them shows the Soviet Union flag with the caption China under it.

Great idea - there's quite a few that have been updated since then, and the black Praetorian from KLA isn't in there. Also I'm not sure where all those Roman legionary shields came from early on in the list, but they're not the ones in the mod. Also the early legionary is quite different.

You are missing, though, all the shots from the faction previews.

I just started this a few hours ago so it is incomplete. I only got through the precies and discussions thread, that's it. I am going to update it and make is more user-friendly soon.

The legionnaire came from http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...=134165&page=4 near the top by burninator.

The shields came from http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...134165&page=12 towards the bottom of the page by pacco.

And this is a list of ALL RS II pictures, and pictures are in there chronologically for the most part, so those near the top will be more likely to be different from what they are now.

I will get to the faction preview threads in the tomorrow.

I have not really been following the previews, so let me say this mod looks (for lack of a better word) simply amazing. The attention to detail just blows my mind. The officers and standard bearers surpass the level of detail I thought was possible in RTW. Its not every day you find people that are willing to commit that much to a project, so to Tone, and everyone else working on RS, you guys are Gods in my book. Good luck with the release!

It's the RS2 launcher.
Basically it enables you to use just one icon to open this launcher program to select which faction and which game engine you want to play, since many of the factions have their own mod foldered campaigns.

I believe it gives you the choice of using the RTW, BI or Alex exe's for gameplay.

Probably BI or Alex as the AI acts a little more intelligently.
Here's the post I made about the launcher:

Actually we're going to be using a launcher program which PatricianS from RTR has kindly written for us, and for which Pacco has done the beautiful render....the Roman in the middle has been smudged on purpose for this preview.

So to start RS2 you'll double click on the icon for the launcher and the image below will show.

Basically as you can see from the menus, you'll select your faction or if it's not mentioned you use the default one. You then select the game engine you want - RTW, BI or Alex - and then press the "Play Roma Surrectum 2" button which will start the game with your selections.

Any named faction will use the Provincial campaign menu once the game has loaded up, any faction not mentioned in the faction selection menu of the launcher will use the imperial campaign. It's a very sleek system.
