    Ciaran called out

    "Shield wall...... move forward"

The now 50 men making up the massive sheild wall marched forward slowly..... taking there time not to show gaps in the wall... (not an attacking move)

"Scouts, keep firing volleys" Timothy called out, grouping his knights around him.

Issac, angered by the death of his new horse, ran into battle, broadsword raised above his head.

"I'll make ya pay for the horse; and six fold for my ankle!" Issac yelled as he ran into battle behind the knights.

Thomas is thrown from the steed and lands hard on the ground, after making sure he's still in one piece he picks himself up and regains his bearings.

Well atleast now he would be harder to spot, thought Thomas as he moved low from tree to tree towards the left to flank the bandits.

Ciaran drew his longsword and jogged calmly towards the bandits, now visible. He charged into their frontlines, and with a coldness that was almost cruel, he tore into them. His sword flashed from the side but swung into an underhand cut that killed his first opponent. He already moved on though, drilling into a bandit's head. He leaped into the air and landed on the chest of another warrior, drilling one of his hidden blades into his heart. His longsword swept in an arc and cut down two men from the ankles. His rampage continued...

    "Cairan" Timothy called out.....

    Lord Pendragon came closer...

"Look we need to end this.... I propose that my Knight sweep in from the left while your troops charge at the centre with fire support followed by a charge of my Elite Scouts on the right.... Ill get Issac to command my Scouts.... Thomas can attack with me on the left"

    "Agreed Timothy"

Timothy sent a rider to tell Thomas and Issac.

ooc: damn bet me too it again lol.

Issac's brings his sword down upon a bandit, cleaving his head in two. He turns to slice at another enemy, but brings his sword to a halt; it's one of O'Hagan's men.

"Odd time for a chat, is it not?" Issac says, scanning his surroundings for danger. "Aye, it is," O'Hagan's rider says, "but my lord wishes to end this battle fast. He's asked that you lead his scouts into the fray."

Issac nods. "Seems a sound strategy to me. I'll oraganize the charge now." Issac said, heading towards the scouts.

OOC: So when you both leave, do we keep rolling along with the story? And thing's were just starting to get exciting EDIT: A pause sounds good to me.

Thomas kept moving threw the woods, he saw the edge of the bandit lines to his right and moved around to hit them from behind. Suddenly there was a flurry of activity further down the line as Ciaran cut down bandit after bandit, one bandit turned around to run, only to be cut down by a vicious slash of Thomas's broadsword.

Two more bandit's moved forward at Thomas with short swords. Thomas parried the first bandit's slash as the second bandit lunged at Thomas, but Thomas saw him coming and caught him with a kick to the knee sending him sprawling to the ground. Peter slashed at the first bandit, who tried to parry, but the short sword did little to slow the longsword's decent into his neck. Thomas felt a sharp pain in his leg and turned to see the second bandit had stabbed at his leg, luckily his leather armor had prevented the wound from being serious. The bandit tried to crawl away, but Thomas brought down the longsword on the man, skewering him.

Peter moved forward to continue the fight.

OOC: I've got to go to sleep now too.

Ciaran was deep within the bandit group. His sword was flashing when suddenly he felt a burning pain in his gut. He had been stabbed by a short dagger. He gasped, and dropped to the ground...

Thomas saw a bandit stab Ciaran and watche Ciaran fall to the ground. As the bandit raised his dagger to strike again, Thomas grabbed a dagger out of the hands of the bandit he had just skewered and hurled it threw the air. The blade spun wildly threw the air and found its mark, burying itself deep in the back of the bandit just as he prepared to stab Ciaran again.

Ciaran stayed down. He wasn't going anywhere. Suddenly, though, crashing sounds were heard in the woods. A flood of at least 30 more bandits ran into the clearing.

Timothy mustered his knights, and now lined boot to boot they prepared for the final charge into the now engaged Bandits left flank.

"Charge!!' Timothy called out as the heavy mass of men, horse and steel plowed into the enemy ranks.

Issac saw O'Hagan's knights, with their lord in the lead charging towards the bandits.

"Ok, boys! Let's raise hell!" Issac yelled as he ushered his horse forward, towards the battle, bringing with him the scouts.

OOC: I'm just going to assume your cavalry charge is on the opposite flank of the archers as me.

Thomas saw the cavalry smash into the bandits left flank, cutting down many of them. Suddenly many more bandits came running out of the woods to reinforce their comrades.

"I suppose nothing is ever easy." Thomas muttered to himself as the fresh bandits joined the fray.

Most of the bandits turned there attention away from the fallen Ciaran and turned to fight the incoming knights, two however were still approaching Ciaran with daggers drawn.

"Prepare yourselves!" shouted Thomas shouted as he charged at the two bandits, both promptly turned away from Ciaran and towards Thomas.

Thomas slashed at the first bandit's midsection, blood sprayed everywhere as the bandit collapsed. The second bandit saw that Thomas was off balance and stabbed forward with his dagger, Thomas tried to turn but the daggar stabbed into his left sholder. As the second bandit stabbed him, Thomas sent a low kick to the bandit's shin, sending him stumbling forward and leaving him wide open to Thomas's blade which cut deep into his chest and sending the bandit to the ground, gurgling up blood.

edit: OOC: I'm going to go eat dinner, I'll be back in a little while.
