I can understand Georgians, and Armenians, and some Persians, but what about Saudi Arabia and Iraq and the countries towards India and Africa. My dad went to kuwait and he said they look like mexicans. I've heard Somalians were considered white too and they look nothing like white people.

In the time of Prophet (pbuh) "Arab" does only mean the island like arab peninsula and arabs were people who stay there but today people form syria, jorden and lebnan are alos called arabs. If you see them yes they look like white poeple but arabs of island like arabian peninsula which is mainly occupied by Saudi arabia are not like whites they look like a mixture of iranians and indians.
