That's is what I would have guessed too, Burj Khalifa or Burj Dubai depending on who is talking about it.

But check out the guys working on the lateral beam at the back. I've jumped out of an airplane before - not something I really enjoy doing, truth to tell - but the thought of walking around on that I-beam is just plain spooky!!
