Tourbillon Castle in Sion. Had to be. Thought it was in the Bernese Oberland at first and kept on coming up with castles with round keeps

Why is it like that? Was it the Savoyards who built it? Not close to anything else I've seen in Switzerland.

Tourbillon castle was built in at the end of the 13th century, sometime between 1290 and 1308, by Bishop Boniface de Challant. A large part of the castle was first destroyed by the Patriots of the Valais in 1416. It was rebuilt in 1477 by Gullaume VI of Raron, wanting to build a chapel and an exterior wall built with battlements. However, in 1788, a gigantic fire reduced the castle to a ruin.

The arch was a big help

. That, the street the picture reveals looked to be part of a South American country (with such an arch, I figured a major city or a capital). Rather easy at that point.
