IMP 2 starts but then get the following error!

Hi, i installed IMP 2 and eagerly await the ability to play it but have come into a problem, it seemed to install ok but when it starts it comes up with the following message:

Generic Error

Unabel to find skeleton fs_s1_barbswordsmen

Is it fixable or should i just unistall everything and try again? Thanks for any help you can provide

did you install the patch as well, if not try that. if you have then you may have a corrupt download or just a bad install.

in either case yes try to install again, and a new download

I got the same message. i uninstalled it and Re-Installed it and got the same problem.

i got it to work, by copying all the files from the imperator folder into the main rome folder instead, then it works

Your not supposed to put it in the Imperator folder in the first place.

i didnt, it created the folder. I directed it to my Rome TW folder, it created a seperate folder all by itself

Which imperator folder though do i copy the files from? I have two, one just is called imp. Wheras the other one is called Imperator II - Final Edition (this folder seems to have more files in then the other one)

There should only be 1 IMP folder. Put the contents from Imperator II - Final Edition into the IMP folder and overwrite the old files there. The Put the descr_model_battle.txt (hotfix).
