In the game, all the new build Fluyts is around 94 people but Dutch original has two Fluyts over far Asian, it crew number is 142. I want to know why there are crew number differences? Will the number change back to 142 in the next update. Thanks!

Unit numbers sometimes bug out once in awhile.
I've had Dragoon regiments with 160 men in them and infantry line regiments with 200.
It's seemingly random.
I think its to do with weather the unit was around when the game starts or if it was built after. The units at the start can not be changed so they keep their default stats, units which are built after the start will have there stats which TROM set. Basically the unit you found which had a higher troop number was around at the start of the campaign that is why it is different to the other ones.
That is possible, but Dragoons were never 160 men in TROM.
For what it's worth, I've had the same thing happening to me in vanilla ETW, so I guess it's an ETW issue rather than something caused by TROM.
