    Default serious problem

    well, i downloaded the minimod that unlocks all factions and...it didn't work, in fact, i now get a CDT whenever i play as any faction. so i uninstalled empire and reinstalled it but the files remained the same, so is it possible for anyone to provide me with the original 'startpos' located under programdata/steam/steamapps/common/empire total war/ data/campaigns/main. the catch is that i can't uninstall steam so i'm pretty much stuck where i'm at

    Make sure the folder ..\Steam\SteamApps\common\empire total war is removed or at least empty before you reinstall ETW.

    When you launch Steam (in Online mode), it should replace any leftover modded files. I don't know why this went wrong in your case.

    i had to re-download empire but it's all good now
