Spahis soldiers should have white pants and gaitres as in your source picture.
Colour of pants in uniforms were that same important as jackets, waistcoat and hats.

The regulation uniform was white breeches but many units are shown fron this period and during the Napoleonic wars with brown replacements, as brown cloth was more available .especially on campaign. Even British troops in Spain are shown in many prints wearing brown replacement uniforms.

As this site shows regulation was one thing.what was actually worn after some time on campaign was another. Note the reference to' tela de color pardo' ,brown cloth.
Of course white was regulation but in the Spanish army particularly many different non regulation styles appeared.

If you look at the Kronoskaf site some regiments had different coloured waistcoats, collars, lapels, turnbacks, cuffs. Not all white for every regiment.

Nice! +rep
Could you delete red facings from French uniforms? they have only one French regiment in Seven Years War (red facings as your is Saint-Chamound regiment). Three regiments have black facings, other without (only hands or waistcoat, pants).
I hope that these plates will be usefull for you There are many differents between regiments (colour of facings, buttoms, end of hats, pants etc.)

If you're doing French the coat was slightly greyer than the Spanish white coat btw. CA could have made that the difference if they'd done a bit of research.
