Personally I play on large, the ratio of population growth/unit recruitment seems pretty realistic to me.Originally Posted by Athenogoras

Ditto to what Halie said. Huge units will mean stunned or slow growth probably, and you will need developed settlements.

No, the second will overwrite the previous one, unless you use separate installations of Rome.

Off the top of my head, it adds: custom Generals (such as Leonidas), Immortal Generals (such as Xerxes I guess), The victory condition in which if a certain enemy general dies the entire faction is destroyed (again could go for Xerxes), and allows more DMB entries (I think 100 more) which means more variation in units. I would highly recommend getting Alexander as it has a challenging campaign, it has excellent historical battles, and has very nice and well made mods (such as LOTRTW, Gods and Fighting Men, and this mod of course).

Yea but will this mod work with just bi? I know i use to run some mods that called for bi without bi.

I liked the rpg style of the mod. Now I see why it took so long, hehe. As always you always create a very immersive atmosphere. Im liking what Im seeing.

After 2 stacks of persian attacked me and i started the battle map....i fell insleep and still won the battle

I know it's not meant to be possible, but the game hints that it is, it says that there is a rich reward for those who do win it. It is not possible on normal settings for me though, the Immortals are too many and too good, and my guys just got flanked and eaten upYou know, you're not exactly supposed to win it

I liberated Southern Greece
But the Persians are beginning to creep closer and closer to my borders, and I'm scared to attack the Macedonian rebels. The epitagma and the other units scare me
Playing with the movie version.
edit: hell yes, the thracians in this version are great too
