The Colours - multiple flag carriers?

Was messing around trying to make a custom unit for my mod, and wanted to make a very small unit, maybe 6-12 men, but just have them being made of drummers and flag bearers, and maybe an officer or 2, which inspired nearby troops etc. Its part of a mod im making just to add some more novelty items to etw, nothing necessarily historically accurate, (but nothing ridiculous either)

is there any way to have more than 1 standard bearer or officer or drummer? at first glance to me it looks hard coded to only have 1 per unit.

i think something similar was included in a medieval total war mod: napoleonic total war, where there were the colours available as a unit, and upon death would affect nearby units in a similar way to the general dieing.

edit: this might as well be moved to the modding help, until ive come up with a finalised concept on my mod...

There is a drum regt mod out as for more than one flag, I don't think this has been done so far
