IDX problems

I am having real problems with Vercingetorix's IDX extractor. It extracts the music idx but then the voice ones it just says failed to open and as it does not complete the sequence it does not create the extracted music bits in the folder it is meant to

PLEASE HELP! I'm stuck

I dont kno if the IDX extractor is compatible with M2TW as it was made for RTW

It is MTW2 compatible. I don't know why it did not work though, if you have done everything like this it should actually work:

The "extract_sounds.bat" and "xidx.exe" in the same folder.

ok...what the hell? I have a fresh install but not the multiple voice files - i only have one......wtf?
